Refund policy

We offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed, if the product is defective or damaged due to Pretty Professional Hair's fault. We give you 5 days to send it back to us for a  replacement. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will replace the item. Please Include a name and order number on the returned parcels. 


Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a replacement.

Please be advised that chargebacks are strictly prohibited and those that file them are subject to be sued. We have the right to sue for damages to name, product, finances, and lost wages. Court cost and attorney fees will be at expense of customer. 

There are absolutely no refunds on custom wig orders. There is a 25% cancellation fee of your TOTAL ORDER for ALL cancelled wig orders after 24 hours. If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it, we will try our best to accommodate it to your liking. You satisfaction is our main priority! No refunds or exchanges will be rendered so please, read all the information concerning how to properly place your wig order to ensure that you are ordering the correct wig and making sure you understand the turnaround time as well. By submitting your order you are acknowledging that you have read and understood our refund and return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is defective upon opening then a return of that item and an exchange will take place if it's a manufacturers error and not caused by the purchaser. 


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

* Only exchanges and merchandise credit will be allowed for defective items

* Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all items being returned.

* RA# request for any defective items must be made within 5 days upon delivery of merchandise and all items being returned for credit must be in the original condition with its original packaging.

* It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange/credit.

* Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages).

* Items returned after 5 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted.

* NO EXCEPTIONS.

* ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
